WIth a career spanning over a decade, Roberto Zorzoli (pictured, left) is now Head Chef at Romano’s, the signature Italian restaurant at the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. Chef Roberto has come a long way from his native Milan. His culinary journey has taken him across Belgium, Italy, and Malton to Shanghai, and he has worked with several renowned Italian chefs in his 15-year long career. Executive Chef, Anshuman Bali, said, “We keep trying to do something new at Romano’s. This time I got together with Chef Roberto to curate a special menu for our Sunday lunches.”

Chef Bali elaborates, “Italian culture and values are very much like Indian family values. Indians love to be together on a weekend or on a stive day, enjoy nice food and nice banter. Drawing from this ethos, we curated The Italian Pranzo that is a Sunday family lunch at  Romano’s. The menu features authentic home-style Italian food.
