“Never change a winning concept, yet, be open to evolving,” says Christian Huber, Chef De Cuisine, Alto Vino, the Italian restaurant at JW Marriott Pune. Huber has helmed delightful culinary creations and experiences at the restaurant since its inception in 2010 and has recently launched a new menu. 

“I love to hand make pasta, braise meats, toss creative salads and play with a lot of fresh produce,” he says. The new menu reflects this philosophy and love as it retains old favourites and presents new dishes that speak of his desire for innovating while staying true to technique and tradition.
