Save The Date for ET’s The Grand Indian Hospitality Show

final-hospitality-logo-01The Grand Indian Hospitality Show (TGIHS) is all set to take place on November 24 in Delhi. Presented by The Economic Times, the show will focus on leisure and hospitality as a dominant sector in various established areas and nascent businesses untapped by the market.

Tourism in India is the third largest foreign exchange earner in the country after gems, jewellery and ready-made garments. The hospitality sector is among the top 15 sectors in India to attract the highest Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). During the period April 2000-September 2015, the hotel and tourism sector attracted around US$ 8.48 billion of FDI, according to the data released by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP).

Commenting on TGIHS, Deepak Lamba, President, Times Conferences Ltd said, “We are glad to announce The Grand Indian Hospitality Show in Delhi. The tourism industry has had a cascading effect on the hospitality sector with higher occupancy ratios and average room rates. The long term outlook for the Indian hospitality business continues to be positive, both for the business and leisure segments with the potential for economic growth and increase in disposable incomes.

The Grand Indian Hospitality Show 2016 will see leaders in the travel and hospitality space discussing topics like:
